August is a beautiful month to celebrate motherhood, faith, community, and the gift of life. On August 15, we celebrate the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, honoring Mary’s faith, courage, and complete trust in God’s plan.
At Centro Tepeyac, we look to Mary as an example as we walk alongside mothers facing uncertainty, fear, and difficult circumstances.
Under Mary’s Mantle
Mary said yes to God even when she could not see the entire path ahead. Many of the mothers who come through Centro Tepeyac’s doors are also taking a courageous step into the unknown.
We want every mother to know: You are not alone.
Through practical support, education, resources, and compassionate accompaniment, we walk with mothers throughout pregnancy and beyond—helping them find hope and build a stronger future for their families.

The Assumption reminds us of the dignity of the human person and the hope we have in God’s promises. At Centro Tepeyac, we strive to bring that same hope to mothers who need encouragement, practical support, and someone to walk beside them.

Mary, Mother of God and Mother of us all,
Place your loving mantle over the mothers and babies who come to Centro Tepeyac. Give mothers courage when they are afraid, hope when they feel discouraged, and strength when the road ahead seems difficult.
Help us to be instruments of God’s love and compassion. May every mother who walks through our doors know that she is valued, loved, and never alone.
